I thought there was something like a 10-day SEC requirement to announce the forthcoming date and time of the conference call. If so, the announcement should have come today. If not, please correct me.

Fidelity shows 2/22 for UTHR and 2/23 for MNKD, both unconfirmed.

I hope we hear something about second molecule during either UTHR or MNKD conference call. Mike did mention about two other potential income sources yesterday?

IMO, the further the call comes later than say the 25th, the greater the likelihood something's up and might be causing a delay. Who knows what it might be other than the FDA ruling. I expect we should hear an announcement Monday morning when the call will be held.

I expect we should hear an announcement Monday morning when the call will be held. IIRC, it was UTHR that reported late February for FDA approval. And, the federal guidelines the FDA set for themselves (per a law requiring that they do so) gave them 2 months after they acknowledged the NDA. I think the FDA acknowledged the NDA in January. That would give them until mid-March. The guidelines also said this type of approval did not require an inspection, but since that’s what caused the CRL in October, maybe that guideline doesn’t apply. Going from memory here; fact checking welcome. |
