It will be interesting to learn what Dr. Martine Rothblatt says about the FDA action on their NDA for Tyvaso DPI. Well, on the surface, the FDA is doing its job, so Dr Rothblatt can’t really poke the bear by questioning its decisions. There is much to be questioned about the way FDA has dealt with this NDA, however. The pulmonary safety record of Technosphere is well established, and long term studies seem inappropriate for an NDA applying to treat a condition where life expectancy is already limited and the goal is to increase function and Quality of life. Catering to An “anonymous” Citizen’s Petition that screams anti-competitive intent is eye opening to say the least, and not in a positive way. |

Yes. On the surface, the FDA is doing it's job. Below the surface, BP is doing it's job.

Peppy, we could see 4.05 tomorrow or we could drop to 3.12. Even though the market is down 4% in the last 4 trading days, I do not believe that it has fully factored in the Ukrainian situation. Also, analysts saying the market has moved into correction territory, so expect more of the same. I am hoping that MNKD has enough good news to fare better than the rest of the market. KHC has been bucking the market downtrend lately. Maybe MNKD will do the same.

What I fail to understand with the entire Gov. and FDA approval process is this... Covid was granted emergency use authorization. All well & good...but it continues well into 2 plus years to add more and more injections required without long term studies...MNKD has jumped thru hoops for how many years with studies and still sits on the sidelines. Do not Trust FDA or CDC its all political and sad at that.

Woke up to see the MNKD pps drop and thought ... The Russian invasion did this  Now that I am really up ... my thoughts are ... "Hey Martha ... it's another buying opportunity !!!" Current pps is still above my average cost per share ... but, I'll have to wait till the 1st for my next influx of $$$. But, that's mytakeonit |
