Little different from random employees getting RSUs and the CEO who also sits on the board of directors gifting himself increasing amounts of free shares. Even more obnoxious is the bonus structure they used to determine the increase. Extra credit on their performance for fundraising to counteract the lack of script growth, nice... Makes you wonder why those silly institutional investors go along with such shenanigans. What could they be thinking!?! You scratch my back, I'll scratch yours. |
