Right, the priorities are true. And, compared to a study on kids, this study couldn't be difficult or expensive at all, and of course, it could be done simultaneously with the kids study. Studies with people cost a lot of money (kids would probably cost even more). Comparing A1c and/or Time in Range for long periods with the incredibly varied types of foods kids eat. Getting regular checkups with the administrators. I don't know what all is performed or exactly how those studies are done, but it must be pretty complicated and we know they cost lots.
Compare that to a study for temperature-moderated storage. These controlled temperature tests to determine if drugs can survive without refrigeration have been done so many times in the past for so many drugs and the FDA probably provides instructions, or at least guidelines on what they want to see. So, obtain those instructions and determine how many different temperatures and length(s) of time a drug (insulin) needs to be stored for.
1. obtain or create that many regulated thermal boxes RTBs (ex. one small refrigerator and some number of warm/hot RTBs, each set to various temperatures (70, 80, 90, 100, 110, etc). They might want to provide temperature guidance on the label. Ex, can be stored at temperatures up to 80. Otherwise refrigerate. 2. fill each of the RTBs with Afrezza samples. ... wait for it ... 3. come back in 30, 60, 90, 120, etc. days and remove the Afrezzas. 4. test them to determine if they are still valid. 5. write up the studies, provide them to the FDA and wait for approval.
It's that easy. Trust me, I've done this so many times ... ok, no I haven't, I pulled that out of my arse. But, compared to monitoring kids, this study must be easy/peesy and so much cheaper.

The juice is not worth the squeeze. Long-time shareholders and followers of the Technosphere technology know that long-term heat stable is an artifact of the process. Years ago the company (heat) stabilized many molecules, such as Oxytocin, by using Technosphere. The issue is political with the FDA. Why pick another fight when your adversary determines your costs and outcome?

Ā a refrigeration / non refrigeration study. Useful and I would think affordable. I tried to find Matt Bendall's video, he did a test, Matt put afrezza in a plastic bag in a flowerpot in a green house for a few months. Matt is a seasoned type 1 diabetic. After a few months he got the Afrezza out of the green house and used it. Matt reported his blood glucose levels came down as normal. www.youtube.com/channel/UC7EV3DuK0vfGbnoA6NZotCA/videosThe study may be useful for Trept as well. I do not know the storage requirements. I say we get water heaters to last longer than ten years prior to Mars. Additionally, have you ever considered that creatures could live on Mars, under the surface, and human beings could make great slaves? Last night I used (3) 8 unit cartridges that I found that have not been refrigerated for almost 2 yrs., their expiration date was 7/2020. My blood glucose came down same as usual. I can't say that I was amazed more appropriately I was impressed. It confirmed what I already knew, that this is the greatest insulin in the market and maybe equally if not more importantly that the technosphere process needs more studies regarding it's unique ability to stabilize the protein molecule for very long periods of time. Just sharing fwiw. š

You need to share that on every social media site you can find AND with MNKD IR. I'm not a very big social media individual. I've never had a Facebook acct,Lol. This is pretty much the extent of my public posting with the exception of a couple of stocktwits. Feel free to share if you wish, I know Sports and possibly Spiro have shared some of my posts in the past. š
