They are wrong, remember the trend line study? Time line study. price bumps up against the trend line on that time frame and then breaks through? Price is at the time frame break through point? how many weeks has price bumped up here?and MNKD revenues are going up. example of a trend line break on the time frame. I want the same price action now for MNKD. Hopefully those puts expire worthless. We will see.

That breakout was about a 65% move. That kind of surge would put us up over $7.00, where a lot of us believe we should be. With exponential increases in revenue, institutional ownership going up and short interest going down, a move like this certainly seems possible. I believe Fibonacci would agree.

There’s two things that move a stock price.
#1 Supply and demand. People buying or people selling
#2 Market Makers. And yes, MMs can and do manipulate the PPS all the time. Ever heard of a dead cat bounce? That pure MM manipulation. They control the spread and can keep a stock price down if they want. They can also drive it up if they want.
The way the economy is going retailers are not going to feel confident investing in biotech IMO. It’s going to take some big material news for new retailers to jump in, Tyvaso DPI wasn’t enough. Maybe the MMs will eventually let us break out of the 4’s when we turn a profit.

I am back and I am looking for an entry point. You’re back? You posted this in April when the price was $the same as it is today…you have 70% more to go until you jump back in 🤡 I assume you made it good, as I did when I got all out last week. I was a loyal holder until the latest proxy came out. By the time the dilution approved, PPS will probably be around $2 and it could be in the $1.00. May be I will jump back in by then. Good luck to those who hold.

Hope you are trying to be funny and not serious. It is already oversold. If you are trying to be serious, it sounds more like scare tactic on the yahoo message board or StockTwits. Unbelievable.

Hellodolly, thank you for adding the "quotation marks" around that block of highlighted text, because I was confused about the message.
myocat made that quote "I assume you made ... to those who hold" back in April of this year. Obviously, no dilution occurred, so he is getting back in now.
So, don't anybody fear that we are getting diluted anytime soon. Remember Mike Castagna's multiple recent comments about not needing any new funds in the foreseeable future.

The convertible debt could result in some dilution... that's the problem. Hope not but I will not be surprised in case

At the time of the last debt restructuring, I believe I remember a clause that allows Mannkind to determine if the debt is converted. It was either some or all of it but, of course, those details are buried in the fine print. Do any of you recall anything like this?
