I thought one of the benefits of V-Go was that is was a place to use more the insulin Mannkind has bought or is contracted to buy? MNKD is contracted to buy regular insulin. slower. although if taken with Afrezza, perhaps no need for second dose.

"Slower" and "Lower" have a nice ring to it when you're talking about combining them. Besides the cute little ring to it, I wonder how they actually perform when used together.

The benefit of V-Go is for those T2s on a basal who have now progressed to also needing mealtime insulin. Instead of injecting you manually push the button. Of course if they had been put on afrezza first, like Mike who is now using afrezza, they probably would never have progressed.

From the wording of the press release, it seems like MC is presenting in person at the JPM conference. I believe this might be the first in-person presentation by him since Covid began. Anyone know for sure if that's the case?

Anyone know for sure if that's the case? He is already at JPM conference. Martine acknowledged him in her presentation.

Be nice if Mike said something about future quarterly revenue expectations, but probably will not. Have to wait for the quarterlies. Maybe something about Afrezza sales raising with new medicare designation? If not much is said, the stock should fall a little. Probably not a lot.

Wall Street doesn't seem to pay a lot of attention to presentations like this and move the pps much one way or the other. Would love to be proven wrong!

MNKD-101 (clofazimine) projected to start Phase 2/3 about mid-year this year! 2/3? What is a phase 2/3 trial? From the National Cancer Institute: A study that tests how well a new treatment works for a certain type of cancer or other disease and compares the new treatment with a standard treatment. Phase II/III clinical trials may also provide more information about the safety and side effects of the new treatment. Combining phases II and III may allow research questions to be answered more quickly or with fewer patients. Also called phase 2/phase 3 clinical trial www.cancer.gov/publications/dictionaries/cancer-terms/def/phase-ii-iii-clinical-trial
