I was watching closely because I considered the price movement the test, coming out of this wedge. It looks to me like they are covering shorts going into expiration. Does anyone have a good explanation if that’s the case?

When enough shorts cover their position in a squeeze, then the next downturn gets even larger because the hedges are off and the whipsaw effect continues with volatility getting larger and larger. Going to have to see what happens next week. |

A break to 4.80 would end the downward month long trend line. Volume is so light, could move fast one way or another, Great weekly scripts means stock should keep moving upward until the qtly report.

Mannkind can't buck the downward trend since the beginning of the year, even as the general market is pushing to higher ground. This afternoon with good volume, as the latest news is digested, could show a push to the upside. All we need is 4.80 to get going on a new upward trend.
Edit: Volume is still so so to anemic
