Aged - how come when I look at the last time you logged in it was 2017? How did you post 5554 times and never log in? Maybe I never logged out  That's interesting. It actually says "last online" not last time logged in. A glitch in the matrix. |

This is highly suspicious and i aim to get to the bottom of it. Haven't connected all the dots yet, but am getting close and it may or may not confirm what we've all suspected about MNKD share price manipulation via message board FUD, fake longs, naked shorting, LFD and possibly the deep state. One theory is that agedhippie is behind it all, and his user name was chosen because nobody would ever suspect an actual aged hippie of such nefarious deeds. Stay tuned for something phenomenal on this front before the end of 2023.

While this is great fun and amusing (to me anyway) watching y'all try to sort out the online/logged-in thing, it may be a bit off topic for "Tyvaso DPI vs. Yutrepia".
Maybe somewhere in "Off Topic" would be more apropos?

Not sure lol For you it says - Member is Online I think Proboards is usually correct - IDK, I find it interesting. Maybe its nothing, maybe it is. For Aged he/she is not "Online" and was not online today according to Proboards but is posting today and is up to 5556. I think its worth determining root cause. If I look at the list of members online today, its pretty long but no Aged. |

I did a Google search on "ProBoards Last Login bug" and "ProBoards Last Login" (sans "bug") and discovered "https://support.proboards.com/thread/65373/setting-last-login-invisibility".
Those were from 2007. Not sure what all it was talking about, but safe to say there are some login visibility (or rather invisibility) "features" we're not used to discussing here (or in "Off Topic").
Last comment. I doubt cretin11 is really going to pursue figuring out how/why Last Login information is unreliable. I look at it this way. I don't care.

These slides Harry posted some time ago (thank you Harry!) compare Tyvaso DPI and Yutrepia head to head. See mnkd.proboards.com/post/247614/thread . Sure looks the patient gets the same therapeutic effect with significantly less Tyvaso DPI than Yutrepia. Nearly all prescription medicines have side effects, and those side effects normally increase with increasing dose size. That Tyvaso DPI can be dosed in smaller amounts seems like a huge advantage to me. Afrezza is somewhat of an exception to this rule because, unlike treprostinil, it's not a patented molecule invented by big pharma in a lab. It's human insulin whose exclusivity (patent protection) arises from the TS platform for delivery. But yea, if Yutrepia makes it to market, it will reduce Tyvaso DPI sales and likely put some cost pressure on Tyvaso DPI. The extent of that remains to be seen. My money is on UTHR and Martine. Thank you Martine! That really only happens for the portion of the dose that is bioavailable. If portions of the API are never absorbed, there really is no way for it to contribute to side affects. Just like Afrezza needing much more insulin API than other routes of delivery. The portion of the API that isn't absorbed into the blood stream doesn't have benefit and doesn't have side effect. It would seem physiologically weird to assume API of Yutrepia that is not absorbed and doesn't contribute to therapeutic effect, would somehow none the less contribute to side effects. The additional API needed by Yutrepia could raise their price of production to whatever extent the API is actually a contributor to the overall production cost. |

I disabled the “online now” feature a long time ago (looks like in 2016) when I was a med student and spent wayyyy too much of my time trying to temper the board’s enthusiasm (and getting nowhere). I guess it was my way of making myself less available, even though no one probably cared if I didn’t respond immediately.
And I don’t come to age’s defense. I just agree with just about all of his scientific opinions/facts. Aged has more patience and takes more time to develop thoughtful and research-based responses than I do. I appreciate someone doing that so I don’t feel a need to.
Sometimes the loudest voice on a board needs to be opposed in order to avoid the “illusory truth effect”, especially when onlookers can’t tell the difference between science and pseudoscience. The problem with logic is that you can have 2 sound arguments that reach different conclusions. The problem isn’t the argument itself, it’s the premise that needs to be truthful and meaningful in order to reach an accurate conclusion. I don’t always see that here, so I try to provide balance, as I always have from the beginning. I have no idea if people respect my opinion. But I do love truth and I will always defend her as much as I can, regardless of who says her name. It just happens to be aged as much as I see and pay attention.
