Apologies to the moderators here if I sound a little harsh. I usually never address these malcontents directly but it's really getting old. If you don't like the company, go get your OWN company and run it any way you like. I DARE you to do better.

Totally agree radgray68! Complaints seldom include anything remotely useful. So cheap, easy and lazy to say what Mike and the BoD should do, "make us more money". What I do value, and would like to see more of, are the few, occasional specific suggestions regarding "how" it could be done. But the incessant whining is getting tiresome and old, and completely non-productive. It's annoying, but for me personally, they actually encourage me to buy and hold (TRULY!). If things actually were as bad as they say, why would they need to continually remind us? I believe the critics clearly have motives not aligned with my interests.

All good points, and yet... after losing a lot of money watching the enormous potential of MNKD (as a way to have generated some profit for us over the past decade+) be squandered--yes, SO FAR--there are going to be feelings about it and there are no board rules against expressing feelings. We draw a line when it comes to directly expressing negative feelings about fellow board members here (a.k.a personal attacks) but if you're pissed about MNKD the company or MNKD's management, that's fair game (at least to a point. Different staffers have different tolerance levels). I've certainly illustrated that myself enough around here...

What if MNKD management are fellow board members If we “attack” management and some of them are here on the board but we don’t know it, they get no special protection. If a member of management outs him/herself on the board here, then the usual rules apply and a personal attack would be off limits. |
