Bonus time coming up. Trying to prop up the sp. They will end up getting more free shares to cover their purchases. Thanks for the laugh.

Isn't buying by management supposed to give the pps a nice boost?

Isn't buying by management supposed to give the pps a nice boost? Yes but the biotechs/markets were down early in the day. Also keep in mind NO NEWS will be coming out in the next 30 days bc of the BUYS.

Mike's going to sell another 1% of royalty to keep the gravy train for the management team. That will justify the free shares they're going to reward themselves.

Having recently speculated how low we’d need to go to see some management share purchases, am glad to see these buys happen. I hope it does prop up share price, though with MNKD you can never know.
mymann is coming strong with his takes, but the cynicism is certainly understandable. He has a lot of company in wondering what the 2023 executive bonuses will look like and what “target metrics” will justify them, given our share price action.

Isn't buying by management supposed to give the pps a nice boost? To be honest though, unless they are spending millions it doesn't really make a difference.

Probably has nothing to do with the purchase but the 30 day notice for the loan lines up with yesterday or today. Not quite sure which. Be interesting how much they start paying that back. Supposed to be just the interest they make on the sale of the 1%.

Isn't buying by management supposed to give the pps a nice boost? It generally takes MNKD stock a couple days to react to positives. You've been here a long time so I'm sure you've noticed that strange trend.

I do expect the pps to begin rising quickly soon. Those who have been wanting management to buy shares can suggest this is the reason but IMO, it will be more likely due to the common up trend prior to the next quarterly report in about two weeks.

Hope you are right. We have lost so much value since the last quarterly report. Would be good to see a pre-report runup but even better to see something sustain. Can’t expect that with our current team but stranger things have happened.

Wash, Rinse, Dry, Repeat, and take your profits to the bank--leaving bagholders to sweep up the losing tickets to the party. From May 2023 to December 2023, the CEO and his insider posse group dumped more than 500,000 thousand shares with average selling price in the mid$4.00. How sweet it is with their timing. And now they start buying back at 52 week low levels where they soon will get out their wash buckets, rinsing tubs, and their Maytag dryer.

It’s fascinating how some people will still spin insider buying into something negative. These type of people are just complainers and can never be happy or satisfied. The fact they remain invested in an asset they detest is equally as fascinating!

It’s fascinating how some people will still spin insider buying into something negative. These type of people are just complainers and can never be happy or satisfied. The fact they remain invested in an asset they detest is equally as fascinating! Did you ever consider maybe they don’t detest the “asset” as much as how it has been managed? Or that they still believe in the right hands it could have great value? Or that they believe the price has been beaten down so low it would be the wrong time to sell? Or any and all of the above…
