Thanks to all that participated in the poll, find it interesting (albeit from a very small sample size) that approx. 72% are looking to possibly add to their positions. Guess the put under the market for this equity is not just the huge short interest but longs looking to compete with them for shares along with any drop in price. I can honestly say one of the most fascinating stocks I've ever been involved with

I will add shares from my Fidelity Dividend when I get it this week. The quintessential dividend reinvestment plan....if it stays here for a couple of weeks (which I highly doubt btw) nice price to reinvest those interest dividends while adding to the borrowed shares meter

Joey - picked up some additional shares today - good size block for me - but after this trade settles it will go back out for lending - so am I correct to believe that this has a net zero impact on current pps once they are available again to short?
btw - this morning my schwab lending contact stated the demand for these MNKD shares remain "extremely high"........

I bought more shares yesterday and am adding more today. All the positive articles I read give amazing results. We are absolutely buying a Block Buster Gold Standard Drug.

Bought more at $4.91 so now I'm all in and wait dca down to 6.01. Oh well I hope patience is the key. Praying Sanofi is behind this 100% and just getting their ducks in a row as far as selling to endo's , explaining how to dose and maybe setting up the doctors with spirometers to make prescribing fast, effortless and a 1 appointment deal. I'm sure Sanofi will cover all the angles and are experienced at this sort of thing.

I hate waiting for the transaction to clear so it can be put to work in the lending program. I added a few more shares to my 401k position yesterday. I've been maxed out in my personal brokerage for a while now. Looking for ways to scrounge up more money to add to that position.

I'm curious if you are able to find out what rate Schwab lends out the shares at? Fidelity is 30.5% and gives us 21%; making about 10% for them.

Perhaps this has been answered but if I lend my position to Fidelity, how quickly can I call them back so that I can represent my own shares at the annual meeting?

W/r/t voting your shares at the meeting, I believe all companies go on the basis of share ownership on a particular date. If your shares were being lent out on the record date (I don't know what it was, but I've already received my email to vote my shares and have voted, so it's past), you're not voting those shares.

I'm still holding every share and accumulating when I can. If mnkd was going to fail we wouldn't have the short interest that we are seeing, the shorts are here because they fear the success of mnkd, not because they care about the long "bag holders". If the shorts moved on and the SP remained stagnant, then we may have something to worry about. I actually feel lucky to be here, hearing about mnkd and having the extra $$$ to invest, that doesn't happen to me everyday.

BD you are correct. Not sure you vote matter's when your not in the majority anyway.

Perhaps this has been answered but if I lend my position to Fidelity, how quickly can I call them back so that I can represent my own shares at the annual meeting? You probably have the ability to get out of loan program immediately... but your broker might not like someone doing it and could say no thanks to borrowing your shares again. I remember Schwab having some language about me being able to sell at anytime, but stating that one shouldn't put shares in the loan program that they intend to sell in the short term.
