I don't expect them to focus much on Afrezza. Perhaps I will be proven wrong. But its not the focus of the quarterly results.

There is the reporting of sales results and then there is providing a forecast for the next quarter(s).
I suspect Sanofi will do the report for Afrezza, but not the forecast. |

Mais oui, Monsieur. Sanofi has a link at their website, but states it's for shareholders. I'm not certain they'll broadcast to the public.

a) The number 1M, has this been rounded up to whole number?
b) Sales starting Feb, supposed ending 3/30 for Q1, right？ Not 4/30？
If it is 2 months for 1M Euro sale, that should be considered as beating estimate and pps should be up?
