This was the guy who sent a letter to the FDA and caused the 3.5 year delay in approval on Afrezza. He took to twitter today saying he is shorting 1M shares of MNKD and will buy back when it is $1. This guy is also under investigation. Hope he rots in HELL!

TDA is running his tweet in their "Live News" feed. I suggest if your broker is doing similar that you call them up and tell him just how wrong this is.

Just like a lot of the info currently available i have no idea. Just speculation / playing the odds he's in an office somewhere. I hope at least 4th with nothing but concrete below. Also you need another post to get past the triple 6! |

Called TD and followed up with an email expressing disgust at this coverage of Shkreli. Asked for some kind of public retraction or apology for the poor decision.....yeah, wish me luck. At least I vented.  ? |
