Sanofy Strategy; Protect Market Share by Promoting Toujeo FIRST since direct switch and Rapid Insurance Coverage I believe Sanofi wants to clear the Afrezza Label...FEV1(facultative) and A1C superiority and Hypoglicemia Then they will start to promote Afrezza once line 1&2 are FDA approved and perhaps once some of the above are accomplish. After this For the International they will consider the Lantus Generics and protect their market share in target countries....in addition for other countries...see how easy approval and marketing process (insuranace...) are and apply the strategy accordingly...
It was said before....it will take time and Only Sanofy and MNKD knows the parameters...we can guess but it can still take another year before getting the pièces in place for a full launch...
