This is not a war but a battle between a hedge fund manager, Jason Krap, that is creating an illusion of failure, vs shareholders. Alfred Mann spent 10 years and a $ billion to achieve FDA approval, if that is not enough to convince you Afrezza is a winner, sell and move on.
I hesitate to comment on Syria but I can not resist: The tragedy in Syria stems from the lack of spines between the US and the EU to confront Putin.

I am so grateful every day that all of us on this board, the analysts, bashers, delusional pumpers are sheltered from the actual travails of being in a war zone. Delusional pumpers? Care to cite some examples? I meant to list those 4 things as separate entities - people on this board, analysts, bashers, and delusional pumpers being parties that exist in the wide world. I am not usually in the business of singling people out or attributing motives to them without understanding all their underlying motivations, but if you want one example I would say the cnafinance guy Joshua Rodriguez is someone who has some rose colored glasses on. Again his motivations are not something I care to speculate on, just as I can't speculate on Adam Feurenstein's motives. |

Mr. Rodriguez is young and bright and is persistent and ethical. Rose colored glasses, huh? So Al Mann who has poured a couple billion dollars into this also has rose colored glasses? Seriously, the way I look at this (as a non-diabetic who has 28 years of annual medical surveillance which only recently showed a 100+ on blood glucose) is this: 50% of Americans are diabetic or pre-diabetic. It is a public health tragedy that parallels Syria in the numbers of victims, they are not on boats trying to go to Germany, but they are unaware of a system where fast food is convenient, addictive and deadly. Let's concentrate on the real villain here--- the supposed Medical Doctor from Harvard (does he still practice? Good question) |

My issue with Mr. Rosen is that he rarely if ever, as I can't remember reading, uses facts to support his opinions other than the general and obvious. I do not recall ever seeing a detailed, analytical report from him about mnkd.. Even a broken clock is right twice a day... I think he is just using Mannkind for the clicks...

Management needs to get their act together. That's the real problem. Get your act together and do a better job. The job you are paid to do by us shareholders. I know they read the board or their underlyings do. Channel the message up. So, newbie, what do you mean by "get their act together?" How about getting yours together and suggesting what you want them to do. Sanofi is responsible for marketing or did you not know that? Looks like someone got up on the wrong side of the bed. |
