Supply Agreement is referenced in and incorporated all through the Partnership Agreement. There was a theory circulating on YMB that the unverified layoffs at Danbury were due to a wait for FDA approval of Sanofi's insulin being used on manufacturing lines. Any thoughts as to truth behind this? (Pops head up out of gopher hole) MNKD currently has an agreement with Amphastar Pharma under which they are obligated to buy a total of $160M (12M Euro) of insulin over a four-year period, so using SNY's insulin would simply add to the cost burden, since they have to pay for the AMPH insulin whether or not they take delivery. Derek Yes this is what I had thought, thanks for clarifying.
