Backwash, you only seem to be here to spread FUD. You have brought back your own thread in order to show how right you were to ask these questions in October. OK, you can pat yourself on the back and tell us all "I told you so". Now, go away. You still can't have my shares in order to unwind your short position. And, I bet most people on this board aren't selling either. Take some profit on your shorts and invest in this company. It may be the single best investment in a year. I am quite sure my long position in this company out shadows yours….but that doesn’t matter. What matters right now: The regulators in Israel are discouraging the funds there from investing in MNKD due to their precarious financial condition (not sure they can stop the process or not). If the deal is consumated, no one knows what the purchase price will be. Is that FUD? Management is paid to create shareholder value-and they haven’t? Is that FUD? I prefer to look at both sides of the coin. Cheerleaders are a dime a dozen all you need to do is beat on the drums and scream rah rah rah-over time that skill set doesn’t work well on wall street.

Yucko! AF? Yeah, that guy is a piece of work. I stopped reading his trash articles sometime ago. He's a legend in his own mind, a liar, and hypocrite. Did I leave anything out? Aloha.

My immediate concern is the 50 mill share offering....while the exchange may not be able to stop the deal it looks like they are not encouraging it either. What if the deal goes through and the stock price is much lower than it is today. Certainly MNKD management is thinking through this and like I said...we need Jeffries to reiterate or someone to come in with some real good news....about now. Not being negative but I see people putting a dollar value on this 50 million share offering-I cant do that-yet. www.calcalist.co.il/markets/articles/0,7340,L-3673127,00.html Mankind's forced the issue for the ETF also raises the SEC. I've only heard it from AF's mouth - great source! I read the GS reports as well as Jeffries. I like to know the positives and the negatives-draw my own conclusion(s). I do not know too much about AF.....dosent seem as though he wrote an article for the Israel Authority commenting on Mankind (their spelling not mine)? Am I wrong?

So you are telling us that you sought out this obscure Israeli rag in an effort to inform us? Considering you are not able to (badly) translate this with anything more than Google, one must assume that you were led to this article by someone else. My guess would have been AF or some other FUDster. When I examine your past posts, all have been an attempt to spread FUD...or perhaps as you would like to have us believe...balance the scales. There are many, many discussions here that call into question many of the things that are going on in the Mannkind world. Many of us Longs even bash the management or ask for a change in CEOs (as I did recently.) We even have shorts that "inform" us without trying to create panic. When we have folks show up here with the intent of causing panic, it is pretty clear.

The Calcalist website is the 7th most popular in Israel.

Is there a reason you would want to bump it from 11th to 7th? I would think 11th would be good enough for you. Why do you feel the need to inflate and disinform? But then again, if you have 50M people droping in on this site each day, you have more than 740,000 hits each week. I will be the first to admit that I know precious little about investing on the Israeli stock exchange and know very little about Israel, other than it is home to a population saved from the Holocaust and their decendants. But common, I can't condone using a website that a person could not even translate himself.

Is it valid…… Seems like that should be the focus not spinning this into how many subscribers the publication has? Who cares if the article was not translated properly that is very unimportant-the fact is that it was written and published. And that is the exchange / governing body where MNKD is headed for life saving cash. My apologies if it were not be important you, it is to me and others that understand .....any hiccups with cash infusion right now would not be good.

But if he was mostly right about Afrezza this year and MNKD management was mostly wrong- what expletives would you use for them? AF might be all those things, but MNKD fulfilled his prophecy.

He wasn't very right in 2014, but 2015 was a good year for his MNKD positioning. Here's hoping it is an even/odd year sort of thing. I'll reprise an illustration I did in 2014. Hopefully I'll have occasion to use it again without it being merely retrospective. Attachment DeletedSadly, right now a picture of a bear mauling a chameleon would be more appropriate.

If you do not know the language, it could say anything. Idioms are very tricky. This cash infusion is critical. But any number of scenarios could go badly or very, very good for MNKD. Didn't you announce that you were leaving earlier?.

Lots of other people can. If you are basing your argument (as apparently you are) on my mistyping a 7 in place of an 11, you really do need help. And I seriously doubt this site receives 50M unique hits a day. I would be SHOCKED if it has even a fraction of that number of registered accounts.
