if this is true, and we need to wait to the full call finishes, then personally I hope MNKD announces termination of the deal with SNY on Monday. Very ugly to be sure, but this is nonsense now. SNY have done close to nothing , and propose nothing.

SNY have done close to nothing , and propose nothing. I think they are terminating us and MNKD will have to prove Sanofi didn't live up to its part of the deal. It will be interesting to hear Mannkind Monday... |

Ouch. Just remember they just finished cross training all their salespeople to cover Afrezza this week. They don't plan to give this up voluntarily because they don't want Afrezza as competition.
Lets see what is said.
