the amphastar insulin is already cleared. this is for something else, which does portend IMO an SNY provision. they're clearing their insulin for mfg (which happens at danbury only) and that's in addition to the AMPH contract, which is only good. not going to move the sp any time soon, but very good news.

Read the 10Q.  120m euro for 2015 through 2019, that's 30 mil euro a year.

Commitments — On July 31, 2014, the Company entered into the Insulin Supply Agreement, (the “Insulin Supply Agreement”), with Amphastar France Pharmaceuticals S.A.S. (“Amphastar”), pursuant to which the Company agreed to purchase certain annual minimum quantities of insulin for an aggregate total purchase price of approximately €120.1 million for calendar years 2015 through 2019, of which €99.0 million remains as an obligation as of September 30, 2015.

By the way there's no minimum requirements per year.. so they don't need to buy 30mil a year.  Could wait til 2016 to load the truck.

It seems like the subzone will be directly benefiting the FDKP importation. From my research, it looks like can use this subzone status to retroactively recoup fees from up to the past 3 years. I don't know if that includes R&D or just commercial enterprises.
