Anyone with Shwab can confirm? I don't trust these two clowns
I got on my Schwab account; still just rehashed news from cacalist article earlier - no confirmation.

Fear , Uncertainty, Doubt. I now truly understand the meaning of this. But I'm going to hang on.

Contrary to popular sentiment here, AF has NOT confirmed that the financing deal is dead. He only drew attention to what the Globes paper wrote, and posted that he was personally "still trying to confirm cancellation of TASE financing". He has NOT yet confirmed this on his twitter feed. His most recent post still says "IF MNKD can't raise new cash via Israel". That was only an IF.
The Schwab article is also reporting on possibilities, not yet confirmed fact.
Of course, the real market players may know something more definite via Bloomberg terminals etc.

Admittedly I don't read Hebrew, but doesn't the Schwab report say this:
"The publication noted that "the Israel Securities Authority is investigating the matter but, at the moment there is no decision on the issue."
Seems like no decision isn't a confirmation of anything?

Has anyone reached out to Matt for comment? If not, post his email and I will try. There is too much on the line to sit around and not open my mouth! Just shocking.

Surely someone has made them aware by now.

It is also funny to watch people say MNKD is going bankrupt. If MNKD were a normal company it would of a long time ago. I don't understand why people don't see that Al will bail the company out if there is no other option. He has done it before, he will again if Matt and Hakan cant figure out where to get financing.

This is exactly why I was a buyer at $1.8x. You guys are smoking rocks if you think Al let's it die like this. No way.

Someone (anyone) saving a company (any company) from going bankrupt isn't necessarily the same thing as doing good by that company's smaller investors.

Not sure if anyone has reported this, but Matt did respond to the Calcalist report yesterday via email to a Bloomberg reporter and stated "we see no issues with proceeding forward and expect to close as planned." I never saw it mentioned anywhere but Bloomberg. He also stated that ISA suggested technical changes in associated purchase agreements, and the company has no issues with them. Not sure how things would have changed over night but nothing surprises me anymore.
I have yet to see any other comments from him about this most recent rumor. I don't post for personal reasons but figured I should share just in case it wasn't mentioned. Tired of this manipulation but if it's true a comment from management would be appreciated.

Mnkd will just do an equity raise in the US albeit on much worse terms. They have more than enough liquidity to get that done. They will need to move quickly though as there are limited days left in the year.

It is evening in Tel Aviv now, so maybe there will be no 'confirmation' about the situation in Israel until tomorrow.

I have checked every page and inch of the Globe and found nothing stating such... apparently it's a rumor.

The search for Mannkind in English version of Globe only shows the news about dual listing. There is no news about Israel denying MNKD fund-raising in TASE.
