I suspect not unless the Feds could prove that he colluded with the FDA to turn an impending approval into a CRL. It's staggering the loss he created for that shenanigan, not just for Al and shareholders but for lost opportunity in the market and the health of diabetics everywhere. |

If I was his partner in crime, I'd be very nervous. Weasels don't like to be caged ya know,,,,there will be more arrest IMO.
