curious as to why the alleged page from the alleged RLS website posted herein a bit ago was removed. Was it because it was perhaps fake or because it was perhaps copyrighted or for another reason?

Yes I was about to post myself to ask, please could whoever deleted it give a reason, it helps to know if eg RLS or mnkd asked for it to be taken down or alternatively if it is a known fake. Given hardly anyone commented Im wondering how many people here got to see it?

We were not asked to remove it by either side, but it was marked proprietary and confidential, so we are being cautious at this time.

There is still a link on ST. Since that's the case, would it be OK if I posted a link to the ST message that contains that link? In any case, after reading the page in question I'm very encouraged, given the fact that the listed principals are serious people with impressive credentials.

Cannabis Companies Are Attracting Marijuana Investors With a Lot of Green FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 2016 AT 7:52 A.M. www.laweekly.com/news/cannabis-companies-are-attracting-marijuana-investors-with-a-lot-of-green-7381782Greiper says that the first substantial gains in the industry will be seen in the ag tech sector, since it is so closely tied to production; and in biotech, where companies like California-based Kalytera and British behemoth GW are making promising progress in using non-psychoactive elements of the cannabis plant to create pharmaceuticals targeted to combat ailments like multiple sclerosis and osteoporosis. Companies like these should benefit from the DEA’s recent decision to loosen restrictions around medical research of the plant. Last week, shares of GW Pharmaceuticals soared by 23%, up to nearly $100 a share, when the company announced that it had brought on Morgan Stanley to handle its fiscal affairs.

The mission of RLS is now officially unofficially known. They are a cannabis biopharmaceutical company. They are entering a market which is being led by GWPH which currently has a $3.3B market cap. I have been following GWPH for awhile and it has never been clear to me how GWPH will address the precise dosing which be needed for approval. RLS with Technosphere clearly solves the problem with what they call "discrete, immediate, non-toxic, precise drug delivery". It will be interesting how they address the recreational market which GWPH is not in. With Technosphere you can put it in a carton and sell it like cigarettes everywhere cigarettes are sold with no need for current dispensaries. Its a market changer. For medical use I suspect they are working on different CBD/THC ratios for addressing different ailments. They should be able to get FDA approved ailment specific products for things like epilepsy and pain very quickly. A replacement for oxycodone which is safe and non-habit forming is huge with the heroin epidemic. If I remember correctly Matt was saying MNKD would be receiving about 12% net sales. I suspect that could be a very large number. As a diabetic I guess the question would be does one take afrezza before or after my RLS.

I agree with most of this, although I don't foresee selling it like cigarettes "everywhere cigarettes are sold" anytime soon with state and federal laws being what they are.
