Where did you find this picture? The version that the ReceptorLife twitter account used the fire was top right, green top left, blue lower right and it was like a desert color bottom left, unfortunately I screen grabbed the 416 torn paper and not the earth pic, but the earth colors did resemble the Microsoft colors just flipped from left to right. I was researching the 416 and found that 416 is Toronto area code and there is a 416 medicinal health clinic.

FAQ: How will Technosphere technology be used by the licensee? "Technosphere technology is to be used as a vehicle to deliver regulated doses of a proprietary compound to treat a variety of medical conditions, including chronic pain, spasticity and inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis."I think there is a fairly good possibility that the drug RLS intends to deliver is cannabis extract THC and/or CBD (cannabidiol). The American Academy of Neurology has reviewed the evidence for treatment of spasticity, MS and other neuro diseases using cannabis extracts. This is a summary of their systematic review: www.aan.com/Guidelines/home/GetGuidelineContent/650I am conflicted in my opinions about the science of medical marijuana (MM). I think the potential for legitimate, clinically demonstrable benefits vs risks/side effects in RCT's are complicated by expectations on both sides of the question. If you dig into studies - you find that patient-reported outcomes (PRO's) differ from clinician-reported measurements. The problem is that so many people are committed to the idea that there is a real role for MM in their lives. And for central pain - this may be true. But I seriously doubt MM will be shown to be the cure-all that some think it will in neuro diseases.

FWIW Matt made statements in 2016-02-03 CC that RLS is a rebranding or renaming of an existing company that has been around for a while.
Therefore, at this time it is not possible to reject Algomedix or Jeff Herz as the potential figure behind RLS.

Don't get it.

Paige,
Are you able to confirm or deny that Receptor Life Sciences is:
A. Verily (Google) B. Paul Allen & others C. Bill Gates & others
There is a lot of speculation by Mannkind customers and shareholders as it appears the whole of Big Pharma and Wall Street has it out to kill a small innovative company that has a chance to help many diabetics lead a better life.
Please consider releasing information to help end this sustained attack against your business partner.
Here’s is what is making the rounds on the Yahoo Message Board.
Thank you for your consideration.

I realize this is speculation, but here's my thinking:
1. Google partnered with Sanofi specifically for innovative diabetes treatment during the time that Sanofi had 65% of Afrezza.
2. There is no other innovative diabetes treatment in Sanofi's portfolio.
3. Google stated they are interested in the "Sanofi inhaler."
4. As soon as it became apparent that insurance companies are going to force Afrezza to be priced on par with injectable insulin, Sanofi no longer found it profitable to take the expense and risk of Afrezza priced on par with injectables when it only gets 65% of the profits and their own injectable marketshare would decrease, from which they get 100% profit.
5. At that time, RLS poached a lead scientist from Mannkind.
6. Google reorganized under the umbrella of Alphabet and spun off Verily. Matt just said RLS was recently renamed. Google was recently renamed.

And RLS are letters in the Alphabet. I like this idea. Google is walking distance from the RLS domain provider.

If it is Google, I think an explanation for the silence is Google is still partnered with Sanofi. If Google is truly interested in the "Sanofi inhaler" then until both Mannkind and Google can extracate themselves from their Sanofi partnerships, silence may be the best policy.
