To me Matt has the philosophy not to rule out anything to be on the safe side: He publicly neither rules out a BK situation nor a rev merger. He says this even when no-one asks, which is often frustrating as it creates a lot of ado about nothing.

Please explain to me how those two sites are more reputable then the FAQ release directly from MNKD?

If the private company in the reverse merger is flush with cash, then it's a moot point.
