It must have been filled as quickly as when Mnkd hired Ray as CMO.
It could also be that Mnkd doesn't need a CCO any more in the event of M&A which may have caused the pps run-up ?

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the newly created position of Chief Commercialization Officer will develop, direct, and manage the company’s sales, marketing, payor management functions, as well as supplying strategic direction on product development, and customer support/customer experience.
