Talked to my friend in Danbury. Said this is a good place. I would love to make the shareholder meeting but I cannot, unfortunately. I'm out here in CA. If it was in Valencia, I'd be there. Please hold the officers and board accountable. If you can, record the meeting and don't let them get away with "3 Questions + a Tour of the Factory" like last year. Also, please ask about this: Retired?! Really? Isn't Hakan getting paid @ $1mil + per year til July 2017 after a disastrous launch? Didn't the SEC disclosure say he would still employed in a non-executive capacity til then to earn his pay?! Maybe it is better that he is out of the building for morale purposes. I don't care if he goes to the office and plays Angry Birds all day, but it is the public display of "retired" that really irks me. Must be nice. I wish we shareholders could say we were "retired" too. Instead, a lot of us are down 80-90% during Hakan's tenure. Like always, I *still* believe in Al's vision and talent and Afrezza's efficacy. However, the executives thus far leave much to be desired. Maybe the jury is still out. The gap between the product's value and sales/marketing execution is maddening to me. Sigh. We will see if the executives enrich themselves with low performance bars on the 15,000,000 stock options that they are going to award themselves. I wonder if the stock options have a stock/minimum market cap trigger for vesting, i.e. an incentive to increase share price. Probably not is my guess. We will see tomorrow probably. Please hold them accountable at the shareholder meeting. PS I emailed IR regarding Hakan's retired status and stock options being tied to share value. Have not heard back.

Darn, wish I could attend but with three kids and living on the left coast it's just not going to happen. If they would've held it by the old headquarters I'd would had a better chance....hope you all have fun and enjoy!
