Anyone buying ((to go LONG that is only)) before the abstracts are released? Tempted but I can only spend $1000 vs. the $3000 I would like to spend. Any other Longs purchasing shares today? Thoughts? Just feel like these abstracts are the first domino of game-changing positive news with a consistent ripple effect in education, exposure, sales. I wish nothing but the best for the company's tireless effort to help humanity as Al Mann had. [br Where and when can we find the abstract info?

I have said many times I work in healthcare. I have asked physicians about Afrezza, they have no idea. I have asked my diabetic patients, they have no idea. I have talked with a sanofi sales person, they said "we did nothing with afrezza". Imho, we must look at Mannkind as a start up company with zero sales. That fact we have any scripts is gravy. All of the diabetes on social media having great results is extra gravy! Let's not forget about a company like Vanguard who believes in us and keeps buying! Just my 2 cents! some if not all of that positions are many of MNKD retail share holders having retirement/brokerage accounts at fidelity/vanguard - and keep adding with the interest received by lending .. not fidelity/vanguard themselves... not sure about blackrock though Just looked at one Vanguard fund "vanguard small cap growth index fund admiral shares. 3,451,878 shares.

Index funds by definition are not actively managed. Therefore there's no indication that Vanguard, which specializes in index funds, "believes" (or doesn't believe) in MannKind. From the Vanguard website: What are index mutual funds? Instead of hiring fund managers to actively select which stocks or bonds the fund will hold, an index fund buys all (or a representative sample) of the securities in a specific index, like the s&p 500 index. The goal of an index fund is to track the performance of a specific market benchmark as closely as possible. That's why you may hear it referred to as a "passively managed" fund. investor.vanguard.com/mutual-funds/index-funds?WT.srch=1

On around the 15th of this month of June, should see new short interest. If it is lower again do any of you longs think that will drive up the stock price?

It's tomm with settlement date of june1 and it should be down. Stock price stuck in range until Mike team hits the road and might see some action

I know it settles then but we don't usually see it until the 15th. Correct? I have been trying to have a better understanding of this. I used the link you gave me months ago. When does it get reported on the Nasdaq Web site?

Short interest down. Good news today about pediatric trials. You would think stock price would/could move up 3c? 5c? Nothing. Very strange. Not saying it's good or bad, just strange.

They even do not care about partnerships as long as this does not mean instant cash or clear turnaround in sales. This should not come around gross, but your high expectations are what is somewhat strange. The metrics are sales and upfront cash.

This board is filled with people that have high expectations! Yet you call me strange. I put my money in this company every week. This may also be strange. Time will tell.

MNKD fell less that the NBI index Friday.. so in a very subtle way I'd say you got your rise from the JDRF news. With our beta, it is very unusual for us to do any swing less exaggerated than the market. And if the shorts are exiting in an orderly fashion, then they'd prefer us down over the weekends. It will wash out a few more Monday , Tuesday. That's only if you believe the shorts have this level of price control on this stock.

Honestly, I am surprised it didn't move up at the very least by a dollar. The big picture to me is all the doors that JDRF can open.
