I am watching this now. This may not be long term, but there is gonna be shock. Crazy- everyone thought they would stay.
Good for UK. Bad for Europe.

Will be good for MNKD s/t. Lot of capital freed from blue chips and income stocks, likely to shift in part to low cap, high growth.

It's a good time to remember that the only thing that matters for us is increasing scripts. If MannKind falls hard tomorrow because of Brexit, I will use the opportunity to laugh at proponents of efficient market theory.

I doubt it's good for anybody. It's certainly not good for MannKind.
The EU has lots of problems but it seems they need to be more integrated not less.
Everyone (govt) want to micromanage their economy, by being able to devalue their currencies and try to control inflation/deflation.
Seems to me, they end up creating bubbles and inefficiencies.

Well, if we had a larger short interest I'd be more optimistic for tomorrow. But even with what we have, many of those shorts (who actually go long on other issues) will get margin calls, and they may have to close some MNKD short positions. I believe I've seen that in the past on several hundred point drops. Of course, tomorrow may involve a drop so large that almost every stock is killed.
Will be interesting and costly, but hoping the market starts to recover from this shock by early next week. Keep in mind, I'm never right.

Br exit happening and no one saw it coming. Gbp down 9% that's historic lows Glad I moved all liquid assets to usd and cad some time ago... the pound has fallen dramatically. Prime minister announced resignation this AM to take effect later. Scotland all areas voted to stay in EU but as things stand will have to leave EU, so may see UK break up under the tensions. Bank of England propping up the pound. Huge ramifications geopolitically and economically given the risk of a destabilised EU. www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-36615028www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-36615879

I would say if you have a chance to not look at the markets or your stocks today do so. I'm going to try and play 36 holes of golf and intentionally leave my phone at home.
