This upcoming CC (3rd qtr earnings) will be very interesting. Share price is in the tank & scripts are slowly trending up. I would like to hear from Mike & Matt how the financial runway gets extended until scripts can take off. Have enough endos been "educated" about Afrezza where we could finally see some real DTC advertising. Thoughts on what you would like answered?

I want to know the plan. We people that look can see afrezza controls blood glucose levels better than mealtime fast acting injectable insulin per continuous glucose monitors. If the job can not be done is MNKD for sale?

Nothing short of a miracle. If your looking for a miracle, you will be disappointed. I am not concerned, I believe things are not as bad as they appear on the surface. GL!

I am just looking for some updated numbers. I was a finance guy before I got into general management and a lot of the questions I have will be answered by an updated balance sheet and cash flow statement. We will finally know if MNKD has a 16,000 foot jumbo jet runway or an 800 footer like Saba ( Video). I did Saba once, but once was enough.

The video that came on right after that on was of Lukla airport in Nepal. I've been through that one. The scenic view is hard to beat. I'm certainly more worried about my MNKD investment than I was about takeoffs at that airport.

My biggest concern is the cash runway. With enough time, I'm convinced Afrezza will change the way diabetes will be treated worldwide. We just have to survive the next year and a half.

I'd be more interested in what issues they have learned from the first three months of launch, and how they intend to address them.

3rd quarter CC numbers are not going to tell us much we cant already surmise. It's what management tells us (or doesnt ) beyond this that is central. 1) how are they going to deal with diminishing cash to extend the runway for enough realistic time to have scripts increase substantially. (we all know that scripts are SLOWLY improving but pretty poor in the big picture. 2) It's clear that endo's are not jumping in en mass nor are they going to so the issues that need to be faced and solved are endo lack of knowledge and misinformation, insurance coverage, titration problems and label (pricing seems to be off the table)..How are they going to address these going forward by specifics. And 3) Given both 1 and 2 and the limits they present how and what is going to be the DTC measures taken (besides some baseball programs) . I expect that management will not directly tell us anything specific on these and we'll get more of "we are doing better and just be patient". Besides, any material information they would have to reveal anyways and they are not likely discuss anything they dont have to. Hence the silence on the issue of cash as if it were a big secret? More song and dance and if the past is any indication they might wack us AFTER the CC with bad news like cowards instead of facing the shareholders. (I agree they have turned the ship in the right direction but its far too early for any congratulations)

Appreciate your positive post! I could take issue with plenty you just said there but why bother? Have a great day. Aloha.

Appreciate your positive post! I could take issue with plenty you just said there but why bother? Have a great day. Aloha. I am assuming your post is directed towards mine since it follows immediately. I responded to the question with what I would like to see answered and added that I dont expect to fish my wish so to speak. I assumed the question by the OP could be freely answered and didnt have any preconditions regarding "attitude" attached; at least none I could see written there. Besides I am not completely skeptical;just look at my avatar-he's got a partial smile.

I want to know exactly how they plan to improve insurance coverage... how label changes are coming along .. how soon before we can expect to see TV ads ... and most importantly do we have the cash to get all of this done... I am also hoping that the price of Afrezza will be lower in the near future so as to make it more affordable and accessible at this point since there are already too many obstacles.

At least Hakan is no longer taking a salary. That's probably worth 2 or 3 sales reps.
