I don't know what other companies are scheduled to present at the same time. I imagine there are some litter concurrently presented. From the conference site: MannKind Corp. MNKD:US Presenting: Thursday, January 12th at 10:00 AM Location: Elizabethan C Q&A Session: 10:30 AM, Victorian Room Speaker: Matthew Pfeffer, CEO, CFO & Director You can see the map of the conference facility at this link (but you might have to register on the main site [just give any email address] before the pdf loads): jpmorgan.metameetings.com/confbook/healthcare17/stash/misc/StFrancis_Map_Letter_2016_OK_b.pdfThe schedule / agenda is here (again, you might have to register): jpmorgan.metameetings.com/confbook/healthcare17/agenda.phpThere are 7 sessions at 10 am on Thursday. The companies presenting at the same time as Mannkind are: GN Store Nord, MacroGenics Inc., Omnicell Inc., Basilea Pharmaceutica Int., Orexigen Therapeutics Inc., and NightstaRx. The Elizabethan C room is one of 4 rooms (A,B,C,D) that together appear to comprise a large ballroom. The 4 Elizabethan rooms are about the same size. They are not the largest rooms, but not the smallest either. They are a good size (relative to the other rooms at the facility, I mean). The Victorian Room (the breakout Q&A is in a different room for some reason) looks to be just about one of the smallest. I mean, it is really small. But it looks like all the breakout Q&A's get the same treatment. It is hard to tell from the map, but I don't see how more than a couple of hundred could attend the main session. But wait ... I found the capacities for the Westin conference rooms at the Westin site: www.starwoodhotels.com/westin/property/meetings/buildingChart.html?propertyID=1010In its LARGEST configuration, Elizabethan C holds (wait for it) all of 135 people!!! ... WOW.The Victorian Room holds up to 65. If there are 9,000+ registrants, I guess none of them attend more than a few of the sessions over the 4 days.
