as we arrive at the magic $0.50pps----now just hold that pps MNKD until 2/24.
This would take us from 500mm outstanding shares to 50mm shares.... pretty close to the IPO.
Sure makes one wonder who is the primary manipulator of MNKD does it not?
MNKD had best make some very important/positive announcements once we go to $5.00ps after the R/S or we will be ripped off & down in days.
Maybe that position of strength Matt spoke about refers to the master plan materializing post R/S?
I apologize for investing in this folks....it I had not it would be $50.00 by now.

Almost 13 years of holding....almost as painful as my first marriage.
Can't sell now...going to ride it out one direction or the other.
However, you best load up anyway so you have a few shares after the R/S.

Question.. if... IF we get a r/s and lets assume 1:10; I understand that we go to $5.00 and decrease to 50 mil o/s (which is all the same except psychologically) does the float of 30 million get decreased to 3 mi??? saw a post the other day where they stated float would stay at 30 million but I thought that should go down too... thanks.

I don't think we should assume r/s is a forgone conclusion.. it may be but lets not make it matter of fact.. look how most of us were wrong that the latest CC would not be about r/s... we will know in two weeks or less!!!! still my 1/2 full is saying 180 ext is all we need right now!!! cont GL

Actually for a cash strapped company they have moved mountains over the last 12 months. Perhaps we are shell shocked as we have seen the PPS go down to nothing but think about how hard it must be to tell the story to new hire's that your trying to bring on board to right the company. The on boarding is a monumental task. Then you have to convince the doctors that you are here to stay in the marketplace. In my opinion we should give him and the team some slack as they all know that its going to be easier for the company to fail then it is to move forward. It really sucks to be Matt....
In 12 months look at how far we have traveled to get to this weeks sales training in Las Vegas.

Well, Matt is not the CEO in a vacuum and has supposedly smart people around him and the BOD.
I've put the pieces together 50 times in the last 3-4 years and once I think I have it figured out the puzzle is shattered.
If a master plan is not revealed or at least major parts of it by end 1stQ I'll have to agree with you....it's a Matt thing and we are doomed.

no I don't think there was a poll, but do think majority thought the call was going to be a good call and MOST thought that R/S was not going to be the focal point of the call.. In fact, I''m guessing that most thought after the call the pps would move up.

well said KC.. I think we forget about how cash strapped they were, how they were stronghold to not do much under SNY and how much they have accomplished. I guess it's hard for many to see some upside from the previous CC get their excited about the future only to hear the latest CC and possible R/S.... I think some people felt 1 step forward 2 steps back kind of thing. I do believe it will get better. I have to.. GL

If management caves and a 1:10 RS occurs @5pps I'm losing money. It needs to be more like $6.50 or $7.

Those two opinions are directly connected. And now it seems to be those on the wrong side of the CC that are wanting to believe RS is unlikely. I certainly wouldn't claim I know RS is guaranteed, but unless NASDAQ agrees to an extension (and why take the vote now if that was probably), RS looks pretty likely. |
