Probably the most stupid move I have ever made , since I know the PPS will be reflective of the split and I realize they may take it down form there on .
Maybe It was just psychological , buy a lot of shares today .
Time will tell , feel free to laugh at me , its better tan crying .

I did too pal but I feel the opposite.
Everyone thinks this ship is sinking but I'm confident that MNKD is working their plan which included getting the stock levels under control. The outstanding stock out is now close to that of 2005-2006 level (100mm) and the float is ~50mm shares.
MNKD knows that IF they do not now bring forth excellent news that the $2.50 on Friday will not hold....that is totally obvious!
That is why I believe the perfect storm is about to make land; I also believe that MNKD management and BOD have been working a mission plan for a very long time and it is now complete. The pps will move in one direction commencing Monday...UP. I simply do not believe that this R/S was from weakness and that was emphasized by Matt if anyone was listening.

Why would they wait to announce good news until after the RS? They could announce it today, roll out the BIG plan, get the fire stoked, push the price up and then reverse it and get a higher reverse price. Makes no sense to hold onto a plan until after a RS in my opinion. I'm interested to know what the logic is behind your thoughts. |

So you believe it was MNKDs master plan all along to tank the share price, get a delisting notice, and sandbag sales this whole time just to engineer a R/S to reduce the share count? You think MNKD wanted to be where we are today? Really? Seriously, really? This R/S WAS from weakness or they wouldn't have done it. They literally had no other way to stay on the NASDAQ. The share price has been under a buck for six months more or less. That's not strength. Absolutely incredible. |

They certainly do have a mission plan, just no evidence yet it will work in time to avoid major dilution or worse. I will be pleasantly shocked if we start a sustained rally on Monday. |

When they asked about authorization for R/S they clearly said if needed. The day they got authorization they turn around and announce it's implementation. Not saying it's not needed, but it was disingenuous at best and an outright lie at worst. They know they had nothing material to announce in a matter of 2 weeks for the P/S to go above $1 yet... These guys are getting harder and harder to trust or have confidence in for a miracle here. |
