I think at the next annual shareholders meeting, a proposal calling for the resignation of the BOD should be made. In addition, although it may be to late, a search for a new CEO and management team should be proposed. Reasons for such motions are obvious, especially after going through responses to my simple question of 'Can you explain...'

Ron Burgundy (Anchorman) for BOD at this point... has a pulse. The existing group of chuckle heads were obviously just along for the ride (options which are now basically worthless). James Shannon...talk about credentials!! One would think a BOD member with those credentials and contacts and experience would have made some follow-on deals happen.

I'd vote for him. I think the relative lack of experience, even from Al, regarding the pharma business is part of what created MNKD's problems. I would certainly not want to double down by bringing in any management team that lacks experience in pharma. |

Bernie Sanders (President - he finally gets the title he wanted), New head of the FDA, Presidents of Express Scripts, CVS Health (formerly CVS Caremark), and United Health/OptumRx. To hell with conflicts of interest. It's time to drain the swamp.

I'd certainly vote for Chris Viehbacher for a Director, if not CEO.
He headed SNY, sat on the BoD for Genzyme, obviously knows pharma and believed in Afrezza when it was first approved.
Aside from that, matt from this board would also get my vote.

If we ultimately end up bankrupt either way, after enduring these grueling years of repeated dissapointment and huge monetary loss, having the pain end quickly could be a blessing. I still have hope that Matt, Mike and the rest can pull us out of this mess!! The new DTC advertising, Diabetes show, Damon Dash, etc...cannot happen soon enough!! Not giving up!! YET!! We need a nice jump in scripts this Friday! |
