Did anyone every see the redacted pages of the partnership agreement? If the deal was originally laid out in that then everything MNKD has done since signing the deal makes perfect sense. How many times did we hear what a great job they were doing? When MNKD signed the deal their manufacturing facility was not ready. 2015 was suppose to be the controlled launch with the clinical equipment- very low volume. SNY had no insurance coverage for afrezza and were focused on Toujeo. Then Schwarz gets the deal with Verily which will take them to 2018 to launch. SNY gives sales rights back to MNKD to focus on the Endos for 2016/17 which is not the Onduo market and tell them to work the insurance. They also give them a truck full of cash to get them to the the 2017 announcement. Just saying, this guy could be more right than wrong. In the latest filings they talk about the transition document and open items. What transition document? If this guy is right it explains Matt's delusional behavior. It's an interesting theory. The much more likely theory is reality though and does not explain Matt's delusional behavior. I still don't understand what Matt is doing on a day to day basis, we hear from him twice a quarter if we are lucky. The CEO of a company should the most public figure. Ah, the old "controlled launch" theory... an oldie but a goody. Matt's struggling to keep the growth rate down to something manageable. It's good we've now got a bunch of full time reps to keep in touch with docs and ask them not to write scripts too quickly. Are you implying that isn't realistic Madog? I think Matt's doing such a good job keeping the launch well constrained that the board should probably give him some sort of special performance bonus.

They did meet 60% of their 2016 targets to get the bonus

He has been extremely busy per one of the emails from the company but I don't know what he is busy with though .

dearlew9 think what is required to go from a drug development and manufacturing company to a sales and marketing company with a technological disruptive product that requires educating patients, doctors and insurance companies on a shoestring budget. Really easy?
