Enough is enough because We know already we URGENTLY need sales to pick up
The BOD has failed at least as many time as there are months in a year to their fiduciary duties
Management is not communicating, even after pledging over Mannkind 2.0
1- What is the need of all the multiple twitter accounts, 140 characters are so difficult to be published?
2- What is the need of the Facebook account when the Stakeholders are not informed?
3- How do you increase sales when EVEN on YoutubeAds, FacebookAds, googleAds we are not getting the any science? Can I order What i don't know?
4- We need Communication with sharesolders more more more because I start to think management is sandbaging US

Good morning sports to me to remove the BOD at this point is ridiculous I think the clear turnaround is in progress we are definitely seeing An uptrend. Commercials are coming reality show a new label the only thing that isn't good now is share price and outside of them saying we're going to make it which basically they have said just not in the last few weeks One day I believe we're going to say they did it I'm going to be here until that day keep it going mike and Matt |

I think that replacing the Board and management at this time would ensure the failure of the company. Are scripts where I would like them to be, no. I think management is doing the very best they can under very difficult circumstances. It has been a brutal time for all shareholders so it is natural to find someone to blame. However, management does have a plan, we do not know all the details and we shouldn't. Because if we did, so would those that want to stop the company.

Sorry, but how can anyone say this BOD has been successful. The Chairman is 79 years old and has done nothing to help this company. A BOD shake up will not ensure the failure, they are a big part of the failure so far. It's time to bring in some fresh blood with a better grasp of today's BP environment. This group has proven they are naive to the forces working to suppress MNKD, Afrezza. Al Mann was a great inventor, but he seeded the BOD with members that are not from the industry. I for one don't want to keep this failed status-quo while the company burns through cash. Management's past plans have failed. TASE offering failed to raise enough cash. RS took only a couple of weeks to drop share price back under $1 and only encouraged the shorts to continue. If there isn't real change soon Matt will be the last out the door turning out the lights

If there isn't real change soon Matt will be the last out the door turning out the lights It would take at least 6 months or more for a new management team and Board to figure out what the problems are and develop a plan to address them, much less trying implement that plan which would take another 6 months. We just don't have that kind of time or the cash to do that. |

I voted against all of the BOD to send a message but it is probably too late to make a change. The major shareholders would have to vote to replace them.
I really don't know what value add the BOD brought to the company.

( Not so much management ) And I wouldn't be surprised if there were changes made. |

Frankly I think mgmt. has done a terrible job at the reigns with re-launch, reverse split, no-advertising etc...Imho they should be fired with extreme prejudice. I think thatreplacing BOD at this juncture would be akin to deposing one the Mideast dictators i.e. Iraq, Syria, etc... I don't think there a large pool of top BP executives lining up to pull MNKD out of the abyss. A management shakeup at this point would also embolden shorts unless we have a Viebacher or Desisto type of person to take control.

I strongly believe we need to revoke the BOD since such a change will send a positive signal we are right there making MNKD 2.0 successful. Changing management in 6 months also if results don't follow should be indicated, Then it is clear that being on the theater of operation I expect starting getting very positive results at the coming GAM from them or else they might have miscalculated their plan which will be failure to be up to to their prerogative. |
