There was a thread, and it was deleted. I'm wondering why that thread was deleted? Is this postcard topic FUD? Are the postcards a scam? Is Aegis a bad company, does its postcards augur bad news? If appropriate, perhaps a mod could give the answer and then this thread could be locked. Aegis is HORRIBLE... .. Is this a rumor or what??

I sent a copy of the postcard to Matt asking his thoughts on the card and the lack of Q&A I am hearing at the sh meeting. He usually answers so we will see what he has to say. Q&A happening. All is well on that front.

They have 360 million AUM. Not a huge player. IMO Pretty unprofessional to send out cards and not have anyone prepared to take the calls or underestimated the number of nut jobs that hold stock in this company and are calling in nonstop. I guess I qualify as a Nut Job. My wife would agree.
My guess is they can't talk about the card until some release? Perhaps this is the reason or perhaps not. You don't see 32 Million shares trading last Wed and then for the week over 70,000,000 shares if there is not some type of cataclysmic event getting ready to happen. Will it be good or bad for us? who knows. at this time we are nothing more than uninformed shareholders playing the guessing game and hoping that we find a pathway to get some of our equity back eventually .

I can shed some light on this. I left a message when I read the original post and received a call from Brian today. Now, I will be paraphrasing here so please don't scrutinize every word. Brian said his team has met with Matt (he offered to send me photos with my email address). They believe that Mannkind has huge upside potential and is currently way undervalued at this share price. They say they want to amass a group of investors with voting shares that number 20-25 million so they have enough influence with company management. to convince them to make a non-dilutive rights offering to raise capital. I asked if they were after a seat on the board and was told that was not their goal. He mentioned the recent agreement with One Drop and how they have linked into Amazon and how this has huge upside potential. He asked for my email address so he could let me know when it was the right time to pull the trigger on buying more shares (I currently hold none). I did not give him my email because I felt this was a simple marketing ploy to gain investors. That's the gist of it. I encourage others to contact them to simply gather your own perspective.

If this is true... MNKD will be raising capital through Aegis ....dilution..?. happened with Sgnl in 2015 .. share price had big run up just before the announcement just like we did ... My guess is that Aegis may have been behind this last run up ?.. with SGNL ... new shares were issued way below the market price .... Stock tanked like a rock .. and eventually had to RS .. If this is true I hope it turns out better for MNKD investors..... (sorry, this is what I have heard and experienced with Aegis.. ) I hope Matt and the BOD use caution

While he may have told you that I don't believe it. 25m shares at current SP level is a drop in the bucket for them. They could buy that many shares themselves , they don't need retail

My goal was to find out what's up their sleeve (at least what they are "saying") so there you go...
