So an uptick (prior or current) in nrx could be old afrezza users moving to these new boxes. And not new afrezza users. ? Ouch.

Think the notice just has the wrong unit count for the 2nd titration pack. 60 cartridges of 4, 8 and 12 units is 1440 total units of insulin. I have sent a message to Mike (our CEO) informing him about this inaccurate reference. Mike said he will look into this.

Maybe this explains why the low script numbers.. The doctors were prescribing the old rxs that are not available anymore and the prescriptions were not getting filled.. So, is Mannkind going to inform their existing patients using Afrezza of the need for a new prescription or will the patient need to figure it out for themselves when they make their request to their pharmacy ? In other words, patients may run out of Afrezza while they jump through hoops to get their new script from their doc!

in the mean time share price is taking a dumpster.
The appear to be gone, they were there mnkd.proboards.com/thread/5910/mannkind-afrezza-sku-ndc-numbers
I went to the health professional Afrezza site: www.afrezza.com/hcp/ I do not see where the site is giving the available packages.

Sam just added that it is effective mid to late summer. Said he was just giving a heads up.

Been a bit away from MNKD and quite happy to see Mike in the interview. He comes across very authentical as a clever, friendly, patient focused guy. Thanks for sharing.
