Interesting, I also read on the board, Schwab is looking for shares to lend out. Is a secondary coming? If that’s coming Mike is dead meat !! This will be in my opinion his last lie! I am so sick of this. Excuse me for venting, I hope this is not the case. I do not expect it to be...maybe because I got sucked in again. IDK🤷♀️ I don’t think we have seen his last lie. The honorable thing for him to do is step down as CEO. I don’t expect that, but replacing MC ASAP with someone competent is the hope I have. The other scenarios people are posting are just dreams. He has been given more time than he deserved. I don’t want to hear the MC excuse club chime in it’s just BS

Rate paid at Fidelity moved up to 2.0% this morning. Interesting, I also read on the board, Schwab is looking for shares to lend out. Is a secondary coming? Schwab sent out an email yesterday asking for shares to lend to at least a couple of people, including myself. A couple hours later the offer was gone. I called today to find out what was going on, and they said that there was no longer demand

I seriously don't think a secondary is coming.. Would Mike really dare to do that now? He is already in deep chit with shareholders.

He showed me his true character taking more when he has delivered no value to long term shareholders. If he had the opportunity to only defend one thing his job/gravy train or the shareholders, which would he defend? I don't trust anything MC says at this point. Actions speak louder than words. Show me the market cap! That is where the rubber meets the road.

Wait until DF is out of the way. OBTW.....Schwab raised their rate to 8%....

I too am curious if that is loan or borrow rate. Thanks in advance. Thats the rate the shareholder gets. I'm sure Fidelity & Schwab have a premium on top.

Interactive Brokers pays 4.9457% and charges 7.3157%. There are three lenders with inventory and 500K shares available (although usually if they are showing that much there is really a lot more).

Fidelity is currently paying 2% for mnkd shares, and 2.75% for sens. Paying, meaning what the shareholder gets, not what Fidelity charges to borrow. ✌️😎

If Schwab is paying you 8%, consider yourself at least 4 times luckier than most, because the going rate where I hang out is 2%, and that's up from where its been. Usually between 1 and 2%. Fidelity, , FYI 😎

It is the only thing. Looking at what the market cap of this company has done since MC took the helm says it all. He has never delivered and always willing to take more. That says everything about his character. That says a lot about what kind of a man MC is. A real man would never take more from a company when has been at the helm while the market cap goes into the toilet. Does he laugh at those of us who were willing to stand behind him for so long? Does he laugh all of the way to the bank? or does he just laugh when he deposits his check?

Who is tying up Mike’s hands? And what if Deerfield never gets out-of-the-way? And does Mike really want them out of the way? I can’t wait till August is over and we have some plans laid out:-) What’s the next plan for Afrezza? The new molecule? A new loan? News on EpiPen?
