ttt, My favorite book on charts/technical analysis is the one by Brian Shannon. Very readable and he explains the various patterns in terms of investor/crowd psychology. Here's a good review of it:

Thanks! I need an ebook. I already have way too many engineering books. Trying to reduce clutter :-) When MNKD goes to $100, I will build a wall of shelves for my books!
