This is a replay. They are going to run it up and then dilute. I hope I'm wrong, but that is my best guess. I'm obviously happy to see this but I would love for it to be b/c of a partnership or parabolic script growth reported tomorrow. Further dilution will be needed to fund the company... even if scripts start improving at a faster pace. So if they can manage to run it up again before doing the next offering... great, that's better than the alternative.

ad nauseam the monthly chart, the month is not closed yet. the monthly reversal. price took out the last two months of price action. the month has 4 more trading days to close. looking for targets. $5.00 is hard resistance. $7.37 is the only target I can semi come up with.
I love that monthly chart. You could make an argument pretty easily that we have entered a new channel upward. Love to see the price go to 7.5 and 10 and hang out there for a while One could argue that the daily chart is starting to form a cup and handle. However, it is too premature to make such a claim.

Priorities: 1. Better Afrezza coverage 2. Massive scripts jump (tomorrow) 3. Global Afrezza partnership (with cash) 4. Technospere partner (with cash) I have coverage #1 because it would make #2 sustainable... Looks like the sellers came out in force at $4, we need some news... With no news, the selling is understandable... scripts haven’t been impressive (yet). When you went to the mall as a kid and sat on Santa's knee did you present him with your list of "priorities" I wish we would get a massive jump in scripts tomorrow... and of course I'm still waiting for the pony. Might even be able to buy a real horse some day if we get a massive jump in scripts

(also smokers breathing through a hole in their necks = super creepy) I’m just thinking of what could be causing the move... saying it was technicals (only) would be a bit disappointing. I’m always looking at things as ‘when will MannKind will be profitable’. A great scripts number tomorrow wouldn’t result in me complaining... we’re to the point we NEED to see positive results of marketing.

They don't give a reasonable reason.
All up in the air still.

seanismorrisSo I'm guessing a pic of the Joker dressed as Santa taking a drag on a cigarette from his trach tube would be the making of nightmares With regard to scripts, the meaningful thing would be a sustained upward trajectory of NRx which would show that we are getting a steady increase in prescribing doctors ("writers" as management calls them).

My take is that today was manipulated to get above $4.00. That's all. No CC in recent years was so relevant, that it moved the share price so much. We rather got crushed during and after a CC.

"Short-sellers are naturally short-term thinkers" Short sellers made a lot of money with this "short term thinking". BTW this stock has been heavily shorted for years: Do you really believe that there was a huge rotation of short-sellers?

We rather got crushed during and after a CC. so, MNKD could have decide anytime to manipulate 32 million shares, 1/4 of the shares outstanding, instead MNKD decided to allow shares to drop to .66. I see.
I see buyers have come in.

But now, if we really are spending ‘massively’ on marketing. We need to see some really impressive numbers. The numbers this year (so far) have been a buzzkill.

I dont know if I should take some profit now, and buy when they dilute later? I had a bunch of lots lined up to sell the last time, but I held back when it started to go up, and then it dropped.. I should have sold some of those 4.xx lots then. I'm trying to lower my cost basis.. If I can get to 3.xx cost basis, I would be more than happy. Decision time!
