Just a coincidence that Nov 7 is the effective delisting day from TASE and therefore the same day MNKD could issue the 10M preferred shares? Or at least announce the terms of a potential deal contingent on increasing authorized shares? Based on my past hunches, probably not, but the preferred shares offer a unique way for a institutional investor or potential partner to establish their investment into MNKD.

To ne on TASE they have 10million shares already in limbo there like a deposit to be on TASE..I imagine this frees those up..dunno it's rater early haven't had my coffee yet |

Nov 7th will be a very big day IMO. I have said in previous threads that all of these events in the past couple months with insiders showing confidence in MNKD are no coincidence. Deerfield building their stake, Kresa buying at $6 bucks, another un-named organization buying 10M shares at $6. They are all expecting a significant move up in stock price in the near term. Combine that with the fact that Mannkind already released expected earnings BEFORE their earnings call. So what will happen on Nov.7 ? |
