it may be algos attempting to see if the order in the book is real or another algo, or a case of 110 shares getting sold and taking two transactions. retail pays 4.95 per sale, but the algos trade for close to zero so they don't worry about the trade ticket charges, especially the order adding liquidity to the exchange. After rebate they may receive a small fraction of a cent rebate as the net trade commission. Nothing to worry about here. move on.

It wasn't me. Those 8, 9 and 10 share trades may be Goldman-Sucks code for Aug 9, $10.

Explanation is dbc was trying to cover his short position ... but, not too many shares were available.

Pegged at 1.70. The sale of shares to Sabby somehow is in control of the share price. 15% difference from the 2.00/share sale. Let me know if anyone has a theory.

Since shorts are paying me I will continue to buy at these ridiculous prices.

Considering the lack of any meaningful news (sorry to those hoping REMS was a big deal), it does appear to have settled down based on the discounted share offering... though assuming that represents the current value of the company stretches logic.

Is it possible that sabby was a very long term short that took the offering as a way to cover their position? The loan rate has gone substantially down from a month ago. Now sabby can start selling 2.50 Jan and ape 2019 calls hedges by their warrants.
