Sudden AH pop in share price, up 0.14 to 2.05. No news, and all of 100 shares traded at that price, so it is probably just some trader having fun.

I expect hedge fund managers to try and drive MNKD down right up to ADA2018 to stay near a good exit point, just in case. It may be a fight, though, as other traders start buying into the rumors.

Demand for loaned shares has not returned. I tend to call Schwab's loan dept every week just to get their view... and remind them I've got shares to borrow. It seems like implied volatility dropped quite a bit today. |

It seems like implied volatility dropped quite a bit today. DBC - You should consider moving to Fidelity. They consistently pay a higher % rate and they lent out the last few shares (less than 30 total) out of my three accounts on Monday. 100% of my husband’s shares are lent out also. |

Myself, IIRC, by the time the ADA comes about the six month dilution window will be such that another 10-15 million shares can be sold (I expect I am off on the numbers a bit). I don't see traders buying into rumours (not big traders, anyway). But I wouldn't be at all surprised to see a managed run up to the ADA, followed with good news at the meeting, then an offering very soon after. So many differing opinions! |

What is a 6-month dilution window? I've only been here for less than 2 years and MNKD has never had that big of a window  At the last quarterly, (from memory) cash on hand was ~$57 million, and monthly burn is  (memory is really bad here, $7M/month?). Don't think we'll have worries about dilution until after the Q2 results are published. ADA is in 1 month. I agree with everything that you've said about a pump for the ADA, followed by a short attack/dump after Q2 results with lots of articles about cash. |
