Is there any serious concern regarding forthcoming dilution? We all know MNKD needs to raise some cash to extend the runway. Yes it's dilution but very minimal as Mike has said he would do as needed. What do you consider to be 'very minimal' in this context? And how much would they have to be seeking for it not to be very minimal in your opinion? |

The lower the PPS, the more dilution is needed to raise the required funds. So it is a vicious cycle of downwards pressure if everyone expects dilution to occur.

MNKD is getting low on cash, Deerfield is due more money in July. It would not surprise me one bit for an announcement after hours today. |

MNKD choir? Come on you guys everybody knows... Wainwright investor luncheon=upgrade and money raise. Maxim dumped for Wainwright= Maxim downgrade. ( Sour losers but so obvious.) Two or three months of money gets us to the end of the year, with many catalysts in between now and then. Deerfield could’ve already been paid off by the ATM...

Perhaps today’s downward action was caused by shorts throwing a head fake. You know, employing trading psychology by acting like they know something longs don’t. 🧐
Or perhaps more so it was just a good oppurtunity to short due to no recent substantial buying. Looks like shorts tested the waters yesterday.
