In my opinion which is not welcome here, I believe that the TA support will be about 15- 20% below the closing price of the previous day when they announce the next pipe financing. So if they announce tomorrow , that would put a floor of $1.30-1.37. The stock will continue to drift downward until the company finds a new source of financing. This is completely fair and well within the range seen from previous PIPEs. This is also why I wish they would just announce it already, this daily erosion of share price is just going to make the PIPE worse and worse. In my opinion, share trading volume since June 23 has not generated enough shares that retail has purchased to fund the pipe. I don't believe there will be one until there is another spike in volume. Look at trading prior to the April and October 2017 pipes, and you see the volume spike. volume has been very low over the last few weeks, adding pressure. |
