Wow! Honestly it is so over the top that it really looks very fake... So much so that with all of the untruths I wonder if you could prove a commercial libel suit against the source? Baba? Really getting close to the edge imho...

That is some weird Tweeting. How do people come up with this stuff? Not a real question...

Really getting close to the edge imho... How do you sue someone who has probably no assets? And would that even help? Unless she can show she was paid to do it then there could be real money involved. This being said I haven't heard of a company doing this to protect a product?

Was really more meant to be rhetorical, but I found it so shameless that I wondered out loud if you could get to who is paying them... Like everything else, eg: naked shorting, AF, Karp etc likely no consequences to their actions...

not sure we want Halle Berry.. She is kind of a nut... bashers would say that using Afrezza causes, car accidents and erratic behavior.

Wow! Honestly it is so over the top that it really looks very fake... So much so that with all of the untruths I wonder if you could prove a commercial libel suit against the source? Baba? Really getting close to the edge imho... By posting so many times, the poster loses almost all credibility (99%). Patience M may well be getting close to libel, but so far, she can say it's just her opinion, based on her belief that anything you inhale could cause issues, and the fact there was the cancer scare with Exubera, however unfounded. Lots of freedoms here, and the First Amendment is pretty strong, so best not to make waves and let people figure it out for themselves. Fortunately, we will end up with 1,000s of Elizabeth Perkins before too long. It's going to work like a charm for many, if not all, and for those that don't care for it for whatever reason, fine, we don't need every last possible user to sign up. The proof will be in people who take it and report results, like Elizabeth Perkins and the less-well known unwashed masses. I'm pleased the way things are progressing. I didn't care for our stock going to $6.90 today, I figured we'd be at $7, but I surely will not lose a bit of sleep over it (yet).
