tells me they want to fly over to Monte Carlo and talk afrezza in front of a European audience. when I first read the release, I did not see the location. I thought a regular conference and I was surprised Kendall was not listed to co speak. Mike can handle it well. private conversations as well. investors. it makes sense in expansion possibilities. In the mean time the SPX is presently down 29 points, money leaving US markets. You sure he will be OK riding solo? He wasn't exactly composed or articulate on the last call and he absolutely should have Kendall with him as the good Dr. has a pedigree and street cred to match.

Is it up to us, shareholders, to command him to take Dr. K. with him?

Dr Kendell has medical cred, but zero financial cred. This is about money so financial cred is all that matters so this is squarely in Mike's court.

Sounds about right. It's about the meetings, not really the presentations. Oh, and the location or most of the audience wouldn't be there.

No resemblance to Vegas. www.google.com/maps/place/French+Riviera,+France/@43.3840896,5.3996588,8z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m5!3m4!1s0x12cebc738732d97f:0x594966412c5651c0!8m2!3d43.2547731!4d6.6378577

You are right, it is all about the money and even if we hit a measly $30mm in sales this year, that won't cut it. The Drs presence though might get the attention of any folks in the audience who understand science and medicine as many big banks have analysts with technical and clinical education as well as a finance background. Maybe we get lucky and get $40mm or so in partnership money to slow dilution a bit.

Most investment conferences I have been to (and that is a lot of them) have had overlapping sessions, with some having as many as six companies presenting at once. The company is allocated 25 minutes to give their presentation and 5 minutes is allowed to switch rooms if necessary before the next session starts. The presentation slot generally does not leave time for any questions. The presentation session is followed by a 25 minute break-out session in a smaller room where interested parties can ask the presenter questions in a one-on-one format. If there is additional interest at the end of the breakout session other arrangements can be made to continue the discussion in private. The amount of activity in the break-out session is usually indicative of the amount of interest in the company; a full break-out room is a good thing.
