While it's understandable many shareholders are upset with the currently low pps, I'm hopeful questions at the ASM are presented respectfully and answered respectfully. There have been a few suggestions that seem to resemble journalists trying to grill an opposing politician. There's no value in questions that get personal and could be considered insulting. This could do more harm than good. I wish I could attend but am excited to hear so many quality shareholders from this board will be in attendance. With this long journey, MNKD shareholders should be considered the most educated, professional and concerned that follow any company. We're pulling for you to gather and share some good information. GLTA I doubt they will entertain questions from shareholders.......at least on the record. Falcon, I believe that I met you a couple of years ago at an ASM while MIke was still CMO- after about an hour's worth of shareholder questions were fielded. What is it about the situation or the new team that has changed and makes you believe they will not? |

I doubt they will entertain questions from shareholders.......at least on the record. What is it about the situation or the new team that has changed and makes you believe they will not? that is one of the reasons I am not going. Too busy to risk the trip and have them answer only a handful of previously submitted questions. That being said, maybe they will lay some cards on the table previously. One can only hope at this point. |

You can get some good insite at breakout after the meeting , they have been very curtious and hung around at length after the meeting / at least the last three I attended in Conn.

I recall the video of one in which a gentlemen stood up during the Q&A session saying he represented an Asian company wanting to discuss buying the company. We never heard more of this but it shows anything can happen during a shareholder meeting. Maybe he'll return  |

You guys when Gary went to the shareholder meeting vote, he got to meet Mike in person, look in his eyes, talk to him...body language makes a huge difference:-))

FYI... change of plans on the restaurant, dinner time still 6:30 ( Still drinks at 5 PM at the hotel.... but different restaurant :
