kball - The person that pushed the button thought it was real ... my wife woke me up to tell me about it. I turned on the tv and flipped channels. Nope, it's fake news. Back to bed in 2 minutes. zzzzz ...
But, it did scare a lot of people on the street that were receiving this alert on their phones.

Back to bed in 2 minutes. zzzzz ... But, it did scare a lot of people on the street that were receiving this alert on their phones. Lots of near nuclear mishaps over the last 40 years. There was a documentary about it in the last year. But not sure i'd label what happened in hawaii as fake. Big difference between poor procedures that lead to at best short term mass panic and at worse who knows? And false information being purposely disseminated for nefarious purposes. We can talk more at annual meeting. If we exhaust all there is to talk about mannkind |

I was just looking at flights. Could land at LAX on the 15th at 2:50 PM. then fly back out of LAX on the 16th at 4:05 PM. Hmmm. do I do it? Anybody else flying in about the same time? Perhaps split the car rental?
