Everything for the past four years has pointed to Deerfield guiding and manipulating share price in order to capitalize further on their Covenant from 2013 regarding stock conversion - the lower the price the more stock is converted per the agreement /sold on the market etc and so forth and on and on and on until we start to get our house in order...

two months ago we see there's aroximately 11-13 million left owed that I have on high Authority and per the agreement as well as stockholder documentation that there will be no more conversion to stock to pay the debt - which would make Deerfield an unlikely candidate of manipulation at this time.... so


who is shorting?

who has been blockading the daily float from 1.8 - 2.2 like 17th cebtury armada?

does april habe anything to do w it?

Yes April has a lot to do with it.

You can start with biotec hedge funds. I have spoken to a guy who ran one. Says it was the easiest short he had taken. That was about a year ago. He did not refute the science, just the business plan.

Those that participate in finding MNKD through pipe financing and receive warrants for there participation. It is super easy to short when you can cover at 2.38. Watch about 10 million sharesplus slowly get covered by April.

Bank of America when they lent the company money had a large short as a hedge. Of course they have covered by now.
